Cannect Verified Clinic Membership
Every billing option provides the same Verified Clinic membership features. Choose the payment structure that best suits your clinic.
Membership starts on payment, including before public launch. The founding offer closes at public launch (date TBC). If an announced launch date is missed, founding clinics who paid before that date receive one extra calendar month, once only, by postponing their next annual renewal. No credit applies while launch is TBC.

What does Cannect Verified mean?
Cannect Verified indicates that a clinic has completed Cannect's clinic verification and profile onboarding process. It helps distinguish an enhanced clinic profile from a basic listing.
What information can appear on our clinic profile?
Your profile can include clinic branding, description, services, locations, consultation information, pricing where supplied, contact details, website/referral information, reviews and feedback pathways.
Can our branding and clinic information be updated?
Yes. Verified Clinics can update relevant clinic profile information and branding through Cannect's clinic support and onboarding process. Contact Cannect when profile information needs to be changed.
How are patient reviews displayed?
Public reviews will appear on the clinic profile to help future patients understand other patient experiences.
How does private patient feedback work?
Private feedback submitted through Cannect can be delivered to your clinic and is not displayed publicly on your clinic profile.
Can we cancel, and when is a refund available?
You can cancel by contacting admin@cannect.online before your next renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your membership and listing continue until the end of the paid period. Ordinary cancellation does not refund the unused portion of that period. If onboarding ultimately cannot be completed, Cannect will issue a full refund. Nothing in this policy excludes any refund or other rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Is our clinic shown on both the Cannect iOS and Android apps?
Verified Clinic membership is designed for Cannect presence across the iOS and Android app experience.
What is a Founding Clinic?
A Founding Clinic joins Cannect before the public launch date (currently TBC). Founding membership costs A$3,559.80 including GST per year, starts on payment and automatically renews annually at that same founding price beyond the first year until cancelled. Failed renewals have 30 calendar days from the unpaid due date to be resolved before the app listing is removed. Founding pricing is preserved after payment failure, including on return once resolved, but not after voluntary cancellation and later rejoining; standard pricing then applies.
If launch is delayed beyond a publicly announced date, founding clinics who paid before that date receive one extra calendar month once only by postponing their next annual renewal one month. No credit applies while launch is TBC. Included future clinic features, including planned Patient Wallet and StrainsAU integrations, carry no additional membership charge; these integrations are not yet promised as available.
